These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our golf simulator and related services ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services or promotions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the new Terms.

2. Use of services

2.1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

2.2. Reservations

Bays are reserved in advance through Booked Bays by members and by instructors approved by Spritz Golf.

2.3. Code of conduct

We expect all guests to behave respectfully toward staff and other patrons. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of your session without a refund.

2.4. Equipment

Guests are responsible for the proper use of all equipment. Any damage to equipment caused by misuse is the responsibility of the guest and may incur repair or replacement costs.

3. Payment and cancellation

3.1. Pricing

Prices for our services are as stated on our website or in our facility and are subject to change without notice.

3.2. Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or before using our services. We accept cash, credit and debit cards.

3.3. Cancellation policy

You can cancel any booking at any time for a full refund. See our cancellation policy.

3.4. Coaching lessons and AI Swing Analysis

Coaching lessons and AI Swing Analysis sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before they start. Changes made less than 24 hours ahead are not refunded.

3.5. Membership cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time. No advance notice is required.

4. Privacy

4.1. Personal information

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State where our services are located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
